Our menu evolves with the seasons, as we believe the best way to honor the produce is to respect its timing. We work with local producers, selecting ingredients that speak of the land and transforming them with techniques that enhance their essence without masking it. Our cuisine explores flavors from around the globe without ever losing sight of the essence of our land. Each season brings new ingredients, new stories, and new ways to surprise you.

An experience designed to delight all five senses.

We are German and Anali, Peruvian chefs who have called Spain home for several years. Our culinary journey has taken us through renowned establishments such as the three-Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca and Dani García, as well as BiBo Madrid, Estimar, and Gastón Acurio Paris, before finally leading us to San Sebastián to work at the Michelin-starred Kokotxa.

The culmination of all our experiences has resulted in this long-awaited project: Artean.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before your reservation time. Otherwise, a fee of €30 per person will be charged to the credit card provided. This fee also applies in the event of a no-show.
2. We allow a maximum grace period of 15 minutes from the time of your reservation.
3. Due to the layout of our counter, we are unable to accommodate strollers or provide high chairs.

4. Please notify us of any dietary requirements or food allergies when making your reservation.
5. We do not offer children’s, vegetarian, or vegan menus.
6. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs.
7. To modify your reservation, please contact us via email info@arteansansebastian.com
